6. How can I verify the quality and origin of the product?Before delivery, we provide supporting documents such as: Updated Quality and Quantity Report (Q&Q). Product Passport with detailed specifications. Certificate of Origin. Letter of Guarantee of Supply. TSR with GPS coordinates of the product. Additionally, the buyer can perform a quality test on their tank (optional and at their expense).

3. What is the process of purchasing and supplying the product? Our process follows these steps:Sending of offer and acceptance (SCO and ICPO signed by the buyer). Issuing of commercial invoice (CI) for the available quantity. Verification of product safety documents (POP). Signing of the injection schedule for the transfer of the product. Delivery of the product in the buyer's tank (Vopak or similar). Final payment via MT103/TT.
